About WTRA
WTRA Mission Statement
The Wagon Trails Recreation Association (WTRA) is a not-for-profit organization created to provide safe and enjoyable
recreation opportunities for its members, the homeowners and families in the Wagon Trails community. The WTRA will provide
management and maintenance of the recreation facilities, produce publications and communications, and conduct social and
recreational programs that are tailored to the needs of its members.

FINANCIALS: These are available upon request, please send an email to the Board Treasurer
or the Business Manager, Mindi Upchurch at
mindi.upchurch@gmail.com with the response information included and the request will be forwarded to our
bookkeeper who will respond within 7 days.
BUDGET: The WTRA budget overview is available under the Financials tab in the current member's section.
MINUTES: Sometimes minutes from previous BOD meetings are
requested; minutes are posted on the Members Only side of this site and can be
downloaded by any current owner.
Please note a membership application must be submitted
along with a completely processed dues payment in order to receive a key card
for the facilities.
