About WTRA
WTRA Mission Statement
The Wagon Trails Recreation Association (WTRA) is a not-for-profit organization created to provide safe and enjoyable
recreation opportunities for its members, the homeowners and families in the Wagon Trails community. The WTRA will provide
management and maintenance of the recreation facilities, produce publications and communications, and conduct social and
recreational programs that are tailored to the needs of its members.
We do not have any authority for covenant enforcement - FOR COVENANT

FINANCIALS and HOA STATEMENTS: These are available upon request, please send an email
request for statements by providing the address, lot and file number and closing
date to the Business Manager, Mindi Upchurch at
mindi.upchurch@gmail.com with the
FAX NUMBER included and the request will be forwarded to our bookkeeper who will
respond within 7 days for a charge of $10 or within 2 days as a rush for a
charge of $25. Payment info is provided on the faxed statement.
BUDGET: The WTRA budget overview is available under the Financials tab in the current member's section.
MINUTES: Sometimes minutes from previous BOD meetings are
requested; minutes are posted on the Members Only side of this site and can be
downloaded by any current owner. If there is no current owner available
email the business manager for access.
Please note a membership application must be submitted
along with a completely processed dues payment in order to receive a key card
for the facilities.
